RSS Feeds
I'm all about jokes here at the Humorama. What good is it to have a catalog of almost
9000 jokes if no one reads them? So I make it easy. In addition to allowing you to search my
entire catalog, or browse jokes by category, I also offer RSS feeds.
RSS is stands for "Really Simply Syndication" or "Rich Site Summary" depending on whose definition
you look at. What it means is that by using a RSS "News Aggregator", you can quickly monitor headlines
from all your favorite sites that have RSS feeds.
If you are just a surfer, you can use your RSS Newsreader to subscribe to the Humorama Daily Joke feed.
Whenever my daily jokes change, your newsreader will alert you and make it easy to read each daily joke
right there as an article. The jokemaster uses SharpReader as his
news aggregator if you don't have one want to try it out.
If you need a webmaster, feel free to link to my daily feeds to add daily jokes to your website. All I ask is that
you do not remove the small, simple link to my site thats at the bottom of each joke. In addition, jokes are formatted
to read properly in a news reader. Also, jokes over 1024 characters in length will be truncated to 1024 characters and
a link for reading the entire joke will be inserted at the end of the joke. This length may be reduced in the future if
more webmasters ask for it to better fir their sites.
